Magnetic Walls by Jenny Leary

Ferrofabric joins an international group of craftspeople and designers who are pushing the boundaries of their discipline. Magnetic Walls was installed in the National Craft Gallery at the Irish Craft Council. Visitors were invited to get hands-on and play with the materials. Moving the silken tiles around on the walls, they got a sense of a new tactile magnetic surface. They revealed a handcrafted pattern with layers of options by removing and rearranging the tiles.
